This is another pose to bid adieu to those stubborn belly fat. It’s actually a tough job to kill the belly fat, but this asana has helped people successfully to get the desired outcome. You will have to start this with 10 seconds of holding the legs, but with the passing days, you can increase the duration. It is specially beneficial for your core and can get you really firm and flat abs without taking a toll on your back.

  1. Bow pose (Dhanurasana):

This will require a lot of your energy, but trust the word that it is going to tone the difficult areas of the body. People with constipation and menstrual issue will find absolutely amazing results with the proper practice of this asana. Again like the previous exercise, start with 10 seconds of maintaining this asana and then gradually increase the duration.
